Our Click and Collect service allows you to order your festival essentials online and pick them up at the festival. This saves you the hassle of carrying heavy gear and lets you enjoy a more relaxed start to your festival experience.

Simply place your order through our website, choose your festival location (Leeds Festival 2024 or Download Festival 2024), and select the Click and Collect option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation with all the necessary details, including a collection barcode.

Look for the Charlie & The Camping Factory collection point, which are conveniently located directly in the camp sites of each festival. Signs and flags will guide you to us.

Please bring your ID + a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation with the code. This will help us verify your purchase quickly and hand over your items without delay.
